The product range of three-dimensional elements ranges from columns, steles, pyramids, Shapes, Pergola, Pergolas and pavilions to elegant Trellis trellises, perspective Trompe-l'œil espaliers and high-class Fence systemsOur metal trellises are welded from solid steel strips and steel tubes. Hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to protect against rust. We also manufacture in aluminum and stainless steel and are recognized experts in the materials hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel. We also carry out the powder coating ourselves in two of our own coating plants, thereby achieving the highest quality. This means we are also able to build to the desired size and in the desired color.
Our experienced assembly teams assemble and install larger, customized projects worldwide. They have developed excellent specialist knowledge over the years. Our production is located in the municipality of Prievidza, in the western part of Slovakia, about two hours' drive from Vienna. The factory is managed by the brother of our owner, the engineer Jozef Duris. We employ an average of 50 people there. Our customers are primarily lovers of beautiful gardens and private parks. We also fulfill the wishes for individual, custom-made projects from real estate developers, golf courses, hotels, public parks, retirement homes, spas and other leisure facilities. All products meet our highest internal quality criteria
Our metal garden decorations are made from heavy steel strips and steel profile tubes. While a standard rose arch weighs around 18 kilos, we offer rose arches weighing 75 kilos. These are first welded completely by hand and then hot-dip galvanized at 460 degrees Celsius. This means that the weld seams, which are particularly susceptible to rust, and the inner walls of the tubes are also cleanly galvanized. This very complex surface protection has been used for many years in bridge construction, in the construction of oil drilling platforms and for load-bearing parts in building structures. And it guarantees the highest surface protection against water and rust.
All parts are then sand brushed and powder coated at 200° Celsius. This creates the extremely weather-resistant surface that characterizes all Classic Garden Elements trellises. The pine cone is cast from aluminum and weighs almost two kilograms. All screws used are made of stainless steel.
