Shipping policy
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus. Take advantage of the benefits of ordering online!
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT in the respective country)
We do not calculate shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 30 days, and for international deliveries within 30 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you pay in advance, we will grant you a 3% discount on the gross value of the order.
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
